Client acknowledges that results are not guaranteed. Business outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control. Any projections, forecasts, or examples are for illustrative purposes only. The Company makes no guarantees regarding revenue, profit, funding, or business success.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, make independent decisions regarding implementation, and assume full responsibility for actions taken based on consulting advice. Failure to provide accurate information may impact service quality and outcomes.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are outlined in a separate agreement, invoice, or proposal. Payment is due in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services: All sales are final! No refunds will be issued once services have commenced. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Company in writing

7. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive client information. Client agrees not to disclose proprietary strategies, business methods, materials or frameworks provided by the Company. This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, strategies, frameworks, and documents provided by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company. Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only .Client may not resell, distribute, republish or share with third parties without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Decisions made or actions taken by the client, total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of client’s use of services, client’s business operations, or any breach of these Terms

11. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service. terminate services at any time for any reason. Client may terminate services, but no refunds will be issued for services already rendered or in progress.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration in Texas, if necessary. Client agrees to waive the right to a jury trial.

14. Website Use

Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to gain unauthorized access, copy or misuse content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
